As a leading third-party warehousing service provider for e-commerce in the Philippines, the company faced challenges in early 2026 when expanding its pallet transfer production line (150 meters). They encountered difficulties in high-precision pallet conveying: the existing roller conveyor line had positioning errors (±3 mm), a high pallet jamming rate (averaging 8 times per month), and could not meet the stringent requirements for outdoor transfer. Their core need was a fully automated transfer process compatible with the industry-standard 1m × 1.2m plastic pallets, with requirements for load capacity, positioning accuracy, and operational stability exceeding industry averages. In March of this year, the company introduced a custom dual-chain synchronous pallet conveyor from Sunshine Conveying Equipment, achieving fully automated transfer from the packaging workshop to the storage warehouse.

To address the needs of e-commerce warehousing—high daily transfer volume of 1m × 1.2m pallets, uneven load distribution, long conveying distances, continuous operation exceeding 20 hours, and outdoor use—our company provided a heavy-duty chain conveyor line with multi-dimensional custom upgrades for this project:
Outdoor-use design: Both the chains and the machine frame are made of 304 stainless steel to resist rust in outdoor, open-air environments.
Load adaptation: Equipped with 20A-2 double straight-plate chains, a frame constructed from 150×100×3 mm rectangular tubes, and high-molecular PE wear strips for the guide rails. The maximum load per pallet reaches 500 kg, fully meeting the carrying requirements for 1m × 1.2m standard pallets loaded with daily necessities, small household appliances, and various other goods.
Power design: Uses an XWD5# reducer with a 3 kW variable-frequency speed-control motor; operating speed is adjustable at 0.2 m/s.
Electrical control cabinet: Contains 6 built-in frequency converters, plus an external terminal set with photoelectric limit switches and 7 emergency stop switches.
Full-lifecycle service: For this project, our company has established a dedicated service team covering the entire process from production and transportation to installation. We commit to on-time delivery and commissioning within 30 days. After the equipment is put into operation, we provide a 2-year warranty and 7×24-hour emergency response support with video-guided maintenance within 2 hours, offering full-cycle support for the customer.

The chain conveyor line delivered for this project has been operating continuously and stably for over 1,500 hours across core processes such as warehousing, sorting, and outbound shipping. It has cumulatively transferred more than 100,000 standard 1m × 1.2m pallets, with a pallet jamming failure rate of only 0.01%—far below the industry average of 0.3%. The delivery timeline and after-sales service response efficiency have both exceeded the customer's expectations.
Comparison Table of Indicators: Traditional Roller Line vs. Dual-Chain Pallet Conveyor
| Indicator | Traditional Roller Line | Dual-Chain Pallet Conveyor | Improvement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Positioning accuracy (mm) | ±3 | ±0.5 | 83.3% |
| Pallet jamming failure rate (times/month) | 8 | 0 | 100.0% |
| Maintenance cost (10,000 RMB/year) | 2 | 0.5 | 75% |
| Energy consumption (kW·h per 100 pallets) | 1.2 | 0.8 | 33.3% |
Over the 3 months of operation, the equipment has conveyed a total of 100,000 pallets, saving the customer approximately 50,000 RMB in manual intervention costs.
The successful delivery of this long-distance chain conveyor system is not only a direct affirmation of our product quality by the customer but also validates our company's technical advantages in the field of standard-pallet conveying. Moving forward, we will continue to deeply explore equipment needs in the general logistics sector and provide more suitable and reliable conveying system solutions for customers across various industries.
